At Gelin Diamond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your fine jewelry, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Gelin Diamond packaging, including the certificate of authenticity and any promotional materials provided.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your full refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
